Executive coaching is a confidential, 1:1 partnership designed to help senior leaders enhance performance, navigate complexity, and lead with clarity.

Career coaching helps you gain clarity on your goals, navigate transitions, and build a clear path forward—whether you're stepping into leadership or exploring new opportunities. Sessions can include resume review and preparation, cover letter support and interview preparation including mock interviews.

Organizational training sessions are typically delivered in person but it is also possible to host them virtually for companies that work remotely and globally.
Individual coaching sessions are delivered virtually over zoom or teams.

Yes - we use the Emotional Intelligence assessment to help identify leadership strengths and areas for growth. The assessment is EQ-i 2.0. We are certified to debrief the assessment and use it to help with planning goals. We also provide the EQ 360 assessment that looks deeply across an individuals interactions with peers, managers and their direct reports.

A typical session would be 1 hour in duration. If preferred this can be split into 30min sessions.
